As of October 1 Equipment Depot® offers our customers access to more people, products and services under one brand name. We can now help you with an equipment solution from more than 40 locations in 12 states. We are an equipment sales and rental company that sells, services, rents and provide parts and training for the leading brands of forklifts, aerial lifts and construction equipment. We offer dock and warehouse equipment solutions in all markets as well as farm equipment, industrial scrubbers and sweepers, tuggers and utility vehicles in selected markets.
Equipment Depot® was founded in 1975 as Central Texas Clarklift in Waco and Austin, Texas. We changed our name to Equipment Depot® in 1995 to better reflect the company’s expanded product and service capabilities. In August 2000 we were acquired by Pon North America. Today, the five regional companies owned by Pon North America that comprise the Equipment Depot® dealership group represent more than 50 industry leading manufacturers - providing sales and service coverage in about 25% of the country. Our service vans with colorful racing decals are a familiar sight throughout our sales, rental and service areas.
Equipment Depot® of Texas has 12 equipment stores and 14 service depots strategically located throughout Texas. We employ more than 650 employees, including more than 300 factory-trained service technicians. Our industrial customers know they can count on superior service for their fleet in markets throughout the country. We offer 24/7 equipment service for lift trucks, aerial lifts and material handling equipment from more than 200 radio-dispatched service vehicles. We have more than 12,000 customer-owned units covered by service contracts. We can provide parts and service for just about every forklift ever made.
While we represent some of the most reliable and durable forklift, aerial lift, construction and farm equipment brands, if you are in the market for used equipment values we generally have more than 800 units of used equipment in inventory.
If you have extra loads to move or lift we have a selection of more than 3,000 units in our well maintained, modern fleet for daily, weekly and monthly rentals from the Red River to the Rio Grande.
